I've grown up around this donut location and have seen it change names and owners more than once. It seems that they have found their groove and are pretty successful with their operation now, as the Saturday morning crowd was pretty big!
You have a few dining choices: Walk up to the counter and pick from the huge selection of (mostly cake but some raised) donuts or take a seat at a table or the low counter. There are highchairs available (no changing tables).
Take a look at the simple diner menu (which has been updated) right here and be ready to order. Tables are at a premium here and it is nice to come prepared for the servers.
I have had the donut breakfast sandwich (egg/cheese/bacon on a glazed donut) and it is amazing....but a once in a lifetime meal for me. We usually go with the chocolate chip pancakes, made thin and crispy, the way I love them! The bacon is also crisp and breakfast potatoes are a family favorite. Matt prefers the omelet and the kids are happy with a donut each.
The diner is full of kids, you can in and out quickly, and the bill is typically around $10. Until we add donuts to go...
